VPS Windows Server 2003 Setup

Hi Everyone,
I require my VPS windows server 2003 enterprise edition configured.
I need IIs 6/PHP5/PHPMYADMIN or PHP GUI Tools/MYSQL/FFMPEG/FLVTool2/ configured to run joomla 1.5 with jomsocial 1.8 with video upload configured also the firewall will need to be configured to allow the relevant ports for the programs to work.
The work involved will require you to set up the web server and webroot folder so i can install joomla via the vps and run the installer via the domain page and install modules /components, i only wish to use IIs6 not wamp or xampp. All folders require the correct permissions for IIUSER / joomla installation.
Currently the vps has nothing installed other than windows server 2003.
