Virtual Assistant to Graphic / Web Designer & Marketing Co-ordinator

I am a very busy full-time graphic & website designer/marketing co-ordinator and creator of Bargain Mums. Apart from my work with Bargain Mums, I also work for two other organisations who require my services.

This role is varied and exciting! And the approrpaite candidate will start out on the rate specified in the job spec, however if you provide me with fantastic service you will be rewarded accordingly.

My ideal candidate will:

- Have graphic or website design experience
- Be able to work with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator as well as Photoshop)
- Be available on Skype or email
- Have a can do attitude
- Speak fluent English and have a professional attitude
- Be able to conduct internet research
- Have a solid typing speed with high accuracy
- Be available to make phone calls (can be via Skype)
- Have experience with social networking (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Be able to transcribe from audio (dictation)

You will be favoured highly if you have experience as a personal assistant in this industry before. I am not looking to train someone on the job, and I am looking for someone who is capable of pretty much being my shadow.

I will need you to have the following software loaded on your computer:

- Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign and Illustrator - CS3)
- Adobe Professional
- Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
