For Google Sketchup, create an application that will take an existing sketchup file and, using an excel spreadsheet of rows with XYZ coordinates for each row, draw a 3D box with fixed dimensions at each of those coordinates. The color for each face of the box will be defined within each row of data. Text to appear on each face of the box will be defined within each row of data. The row will include a URL so when the box is clicked, the user is redirected to a new window with that URL.
