Budget - Less than $500

What I need or require: I need the graphics (header, footer, background, etc.) and some of the text changed on my sales page website   [obscured]  

What I already have versus what the provider will deliver: All the new graphics have already been done, and I will provide the new copy. I just need somebody to install the new graphics, make the changes in the text (I will provide), change the locations of the buy buttons a little bit and make sure they still work, remove the links at the top of the page (leave at the bottom), remove and disable the opt-in web forms.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: The site is hosted at host gator, 1shoppingcart is the payment collector.

Specific expertise/background that I am seeking: Experience with HTML, PHP, installing website graphics and copy, Hostgator c-panel, 1shoppingcart.

Timeframe for delivery: Would love to get this done in the next few days.
