I
have another job for you, I think it's about a 4-5 days work but happy
to hear your thoughts. Bit larger than what we've been doing
previously. Can you fit a week's development into August?

Please
find attached a Photoshop file of a 'wheel'. To put it in context, the
wheel is used to show the ideal personality for a certain job role.

The requirements:

1) Recreate in vector in Flash
2) The wheel can either:

- Be given an XML file that will tell the wheel how to display the
Yellow scores (there are 12 seconds, and the score can be 1 (smallest
segment) or 3 (full yellow segment).
3) Also, the wheel must act as
a clickable interface, whereby a user can 'create' the ideal candidate
by selecting 1,2 or 3 for each of the twelve segments, then click Save
which calls some Javascript (we can do this) and communicates the 12
scores.

Please let me know if that makes sense, or at least enough to quote.
