I have a website based on Vivvo CMS and I want to have a prediction game inside it.

I want to have seasons in every year and there will be races in a season. I will have nearly 20 races per season and there will be 20 prediction game in a season. those predictions will include the fields as in the link.

And maybe one or two field.
can anyone do a plugin for this for vivvo website?
