The website will have a Flex front-end to display tables and charts; the back-end, in PHP, will query a MySql database to write, update and delete numeric data, related comments and properties. This data can come from the user directly or as a calculation from other figures that the user has previously defined (so there has to be a way to manage dependencies of data and the formulas linking them); each data (e.g., icecream cost) can also come from from collaborators that the user can invite (e.g., John's estimate of Icecream Cost, Mark's estimate of Icecream cost, etc.). This is the reason why I chose Flex for the front-end: the UI has to be extremely user friendly and just hovering on a UI part or with a few clicks the user shall be able to personalise the way he sees the info.

I have already developed very clear and detailed mockups and will be happy to discuss them over skype or TeamViewer with the shortlisted candidates.
