We need someone to design and maintain an interactive website. Must be customer friendly (for orders/inquiries) and provider friendly to perform tasks at the request of customers, narrowing down the scope of services. Yes, somewhat like elance, but for an entirely different field. Once the site is designed, we need specifics and cost estimations for bringing it to the forefront of search engines such as google so that when someone googles a service provided, our site pops up above competitors. We will also need consistent technical monitoring and maintenance. Please be specific in your descriptions of what you can provide and average costs for design, maintenance and provider connections for keeping the site at the top of search engines. We will entertain all offers for a proposed January 1, 2010 launch. Note: This job/position is offered from an elance provider in another category, so very familiar with elance processes and bidding procedures. We do not have a large budget to start, but willing to work with provider for increasing income and growth. As a provider, I know how this is sometimes not appealing, but in this instance, it is a very viable opportunity. Someone new on the scene willing to take a chance that is a technical wizard?
