What I need or require:

I
need an expert Acrobat Developer to create me a program that will
automate Acrobat Writer to convert multiple Excel files into PDF. The
final PDF files will contain bookmarks, hyperlinks, and/or thumbnails.

What
I already have versus what the provider will deliver:

The
provider will deliver a working application in either VBA (to be run
from MS Access or MS Excel) or C#. I will also need the source code. The
final application doesn't need to have a complicated GUI. It can just
have one button that will start converting the Excel files (from an
specified folder) into PDF.

Specific expertise/background that I
am seeking:

The developer needs to be very knowledgeable in
Acrobat Development, C# and VBA.

Timeframe for delivery:
