I need someone with indepth excel knowledge to help me with some spreadsheets I am designing.  The spreadsheets are effectively formulas for calculating certain income and expense items under Australian tax law.  The first one will be a sheet which will be able to calculate the FBT employee contribution for motor vehicle fringe benefits.  This is the most complicated on I believe.  I can provide the formula's set out in the legislation as well as examples issues by the ATO.  You need enough understanding of the Australian tax system to be able to interpret it.  The sheet also needs to be very user friendly.
I will also need assistance in protecting parts of the sheets from being changed by other users.  Then I will need to be able to put an expiration date on each sheet so that it can only be used for about 18 months.
