Budget - $ 500-1000

We have an old database programmed with Access. The administrator who has program it has left the company and i don't know how i can extract my data now.
What i want is a program that will simple extract the data from the old database in to excel files.

The way i have this can be done is by creating computer script that will be copying certain data from certain places of the screen and will be adding them automaticaly to an excel file. Is that possible? Do yooy have other recomendations?

I can attach files as print screens that will show you which parts i want to be copied.
